Here is a video I did about the Fordham win, gave my analysis and gave my opinion. Hope you like it. One thing is give me negative feed back on the content and what I am talking about. I hope no one makes fun of me for it. I hope you enjoy it and I can't wait to hear from everyone! It will be a normal thing I do after every Fordham game.

I think it was really good Ball Boy. You clearly are passionate and dedicated, and you are basing your opinions on direct observations. Very informative and helpful.
My constructive feedback: 1. A long video, perhaps try to condense it somehow? I wasn't able to watch the whole thing because I don't have that kind of time or attention span during the day, NOT saying it wasn't interesting or anything. 2. Put some Fordham visuals in the background. Perhaps a Fordham poster or pennant if you have one? 3. When referring to specific points in the game, perhaps give out time that occured if you remember.
Overall, great job! Please keep it coming. For those of us who are "geographically inconvenienced" from being able to attend, web posts and videos are our lifeline.

Thank you very much! This was much needed! I really appreciate it and I will make them much shorter. Did not realize how long it was till I was done but decided to give it a try. Also, I definitely will put more pictures and more graphics and stuff like that.

It's nice to see young people interested in the program. Do you have a parent who's an alum? Who would you root for if Fordham played Marquette?

Great job. I enjoyed watching it and I enjoyed your analysis. You had the courage to disagree with a lot of people on this Board and that show of courage is to your credit. I would like to get your opinion on who quit on whom a couple of years ago. Did the team stop listening to the coach first or did the coach stop teaching first?

Very entertaining and insightful. I'd agree to making it a little shorter (under 5 minutes). By the way, are you going to Marquette as an undergrad or grad student? Good luck and keep 'em coming!

Not bad, not bad at all. Now pack your bags and transfer to Fordham young bro -- what are you doing way out there? We need you (and more like you) here.

Sorry for not responding for a very long time. I have had a busy and eventful weekend but want to answer some questions that people rose.
1. Stinger Bell: Do you have a parent who's an alum? Who would you root for if Fordham played Marquette?
My dad graduated from Fordham in 1980 but that's not the reason I love Fordham basketball so much. And if Fordham played Marquette I would root for Fordham cause the program is like my family and they welcome and open their arms to me. I know the Players on the Fordham team, talk to them, and had some good memories with players. With Marquette, I work with them cause I interview them all the time but it's not the same feel and same way that Fordham has treated me.
2. South Carolina Ram: I would like to get your opinion on who quit on whom a couple of years ago. Did the team stop listening to the coach first or did the coach stop teaching first?
The answer to that is the team stopped listening and they thought they could pretty much run the show. There was no leadership on that Dunston, Stout, Binns, Greene, and Anderson years. There was none. Listening to Corey McRae during the year they lost to URI in the tournament and finished fourth, he said, "Anderson and Stout keep to themselves, and Dunston and Greene aren't big talkers either, so I have no idea what is going through their minds right now." The teams over the past 3 years have no leadership, won't work together. At the final game of the year against St. Joe's, every coach for Fordham had to yell Talk! Talk to each other!! Communicate!! This team didn't want to work together. The coach was teaching. No one wanted to listen. So I hate how everything is blamed on Coach Whitt. He teaches, the team doesn't listen or respond. And as you can see this year, he has really worked hard on teaching his kids and making the games competitive and close. They will get better in the future. It will take time, but they are now working together.
Fordhamramfan08: By the way, are you going to Marquette as an undergrad or grad student? Good luck and keep 'em coming!
I am a sophmore undergrad at Marquette University.

Trust me, I have wanted to go to Fordham all the time. I didn't get in. SATs too low. Was gonna be a manager on the team and work with this basketball team for four years if I got in. But I didn't and now I am at Marquette and working on my Broadcasting Major and hopefully comin back to New York and work my way up to become an announcer for Sports radio or on Television. That's been my passion for years. I love it.
Thanks for everything! In the process of making the second webpost. Coming tonight hopefully!

I'm sorry to hear that. Fordham needs more students who are as proud of the school as you are---not these anti-Fordham PSJ freaks. As a legacy with good enough grades to get into Marquette, the admissions office should have handled your situation separately. Did you have your father and Coach Whit contact Jeff Buckley? I think students who are willing to make a binding commitment to Fordham should receive some sort of advantage in the admissions process.

Yes Stinger bell. I went to Fordham Prep for four years. Did get Whitt to talk to him and it still didn't work out. I got him to talk to Buckley personally. I talked to Buckley personally and it all did not pan out. My SAT's were not where they want to be and so I am where I am at now. I got rejected early action, regular decision, and after that as well. But it's ok, Marquette has treated me well as I am on a half scholarship and really succeeding in broadcating. But it sucks that it had to end up this way. I love it here but Fordham is always in my heart. It's a place where great memories have occured. But Fordham wants to be "the elites and neary ivy league" so that's why I am not there and not helping out the basketball team at this moment.

Ball Boy, I really enjoyed your summary of the game. Keep em comming. I couldn't agree more about Estwick. There are about 4 players who He is taking minutes from when he is getting beaten up out there. I'd rather give frosh like Brown, Melvin, Thompson, and Gordon out there. DW needs to learn that it's not against the rules to have 3 bigs out there at a time.

Fordham Ball Boy:
How are your grades at Marquette? The reason I ask is -- if they're good -- you can transfer. The SATs only apply to the Freshman class -- the school doesn't really care after that, as long as your grades are strong. If you've proven yourself at the college level you can probably get in. You have my vote!

Chin up, FBB, you're at a fine school and in a very good program! I was born and raised in Milwaukee and would have gone to Marquette where my dad played hoops and later returned to teach. We ended up in NY and I went to Fordham, but have retained a soft spot in my heart for MU, sort of the reverse of your situation. I had a nephew who went to MU and completed the same program you are in and he's doing very well. I appreciate your contributions to this board and the video you just did was well done and from the heart. Just need to edit it down a bit as others have suggested. Keep up your fine work and best of luck to you in the future! Hope to see or hear you broadcasting some day.
