I have not. Good suggestion, though. Athletic Department, are you listening?

I don't even own a DVD player anymore. In all honestly, I don't even own a laptop - just a tablet. Is that weird? I mean.. my job provides me with a laptop, but unless I'm working from home, that is docked in my office.

hilarious, but the sad part if Frank was still the AD it would have been a VHS Tape release.

Agreed with others need to give other more tech savvy options.

PS. Great win over VCU tonight!

For 20 bucks you can get an external DVD for your laptop.  Stick it in a drawer and maybe you will use it 2 or 3 times.

Does anyone else think 50 bucks is pricey?  I have a copy of the DVD they made a few backs about MAsellas team that won the Patriot League and that was amateurish and not worth 10 bucks.  Hope this is better.  Has anyone seen a preview?  How does it look?

This is the film that was produced as part of the lead up to the HC game and shown on the YS big board. I believe Ross Greenburg was hired to produce it and maybe this promotion is an attempt to recoup some of the costs. Just a thought

I received my copy today, and I just finished watching it. I think it was, for the most part, well done. The history of the team in the years before WWII were presented in great detail, with vintage film and photos of newspaper headlines. There were a number of interviews with people connected with Fordham football through the years. The videos of the Rose Hill campus were striking. My only complaint is that the years following the re-establishing of varsity status, from 1970 on, were not described in very much detail, but rather quickly passed over.

If you want I can get Rich93 to come over to this thread and explain why that is.

FUCoP69, was there coverage of the final season, 1954, at the end of which Football was dropped, and if so, were any details disclosed re: the reason(s), why it was discontinued?
