Despite the weather and no classes, the game is still on.

On the A10 network last night they mentioned that St. Joe's had already arrived and would be practicing today in the RHG.

Oh, wow. Nobody there, and I mean nobody.

Looks like a pre-season scrimmage game.

Almost no scoring either team first half. We need to get started here, crowd or no crowd.

Terrible shooting by both teams led to a 4-4 tie after 1 quarter.

We lead 20-12 at the half.  We've shot 28% and SJU has shot 24%.  We're 2-11 from 3; Missry is 0-5.

Davis has 6 points and 8 boards.

Yeah, much more like it!

4-4 end of the first quarter. When is the last time that happened? Reminded me of the slow-down games from the old, old (old) days before the shot clock.

In control going into the 4th. Low, low scoring game!

Kelly is going to be big for us down the road. She's money.

Whew! Didn't play well but won. They had to foul our guards at the end and that doesn't work.

Davis is the best rebounder I've ever seen in A-10 WBB.

I never doubted for a minute. Yes, Davis is really something. Interesting stat - we got 4 points from our seniors.

We won 44-39.  Davis had 16 points and 15 boards.  Kreslina was next with 9 points.  Missry only had 2 points on FTs and was 0-7 from 3.

We shot a horrendous 27% to their 32% but were 88% from the line, making 15 of 17.

That was win #115 for Coach Gaitley at Fordham, tying her with Kathy Mosolino for the most in program history.

Another crack proof reading job in the SID's office- Come On!!

"Fodrham was against suffocating on defense in the third quarter, holding Saint Joseph's to just 25% shooting (3-of-12) in the frame, but could only muster 13 points of their own to the Hawks' 10. Two more Kelly free throws with 11 seconds left pushed the lead to 11, 33-22, heading into the final period, but things got interesting late as the Hawks rallied."

Yep, almost every story.  I told Dibari that we appreciate the reporting, but the spelling and/or grammar errors are an embarrassment.  I get tired telling them about needed corrections.  One story initially even talked about a team we weren't playing that week.

I just voted for G'Mrice. She's got a huge lead, but we could always use more.

I also lost audio, Tucker. And it frequently will stop/pause for stretches. I'm just happy to be able to see the games. Yes, was it Missry (her only two points) and Holden who sank both FTs at the end. Davis also hit all 3 of hers!
