Glad he's gotten some playing time in D-II. Hope he finishes up with a big senior season next year.

Maybe not Manny.........but imagine a good team 2 years from now and Paschall comes back for a 5th year? Now that would be something.

It looks as if he has put on about 35 lbs. or so and some muscle.  It also looks as if he has developed a nice inside game which he did not appear to have while at Fordham.  In retrospect, it would have been nice to have kept him here, especially for next year.  Thoughts?

It's very hard to put the ink back into the ball point pen. I've kept him around based on how he woke up at that game at the Barc, but he either didn't fit in JN's plans or he felt more comfortable with David Duke as coach. No way back.

It was JN's call. A front line of Paschal , Suarez , and CS would have been very intriguing.

Would have been intriguing  to watch Paschal be out of shape Sengfelder play no defense and Suarez sit on the bench because he was lazy as Pecora floundered around on the sideline like fish out of water?  Doesn't Rhoomes development under Neubauer end the intrigue about Pecora's malpractice?

Pecora is so pathetic he just took an assistant job at quinnipiac.  Think about that wright has a spot on his bench but does not hire Pecora.  Instead Pecora is now an assistant in the MAAC for Wrights former assistant.   Cheesy

Don't gloat. Maybe it's a way back for him. His protege Parrotta's warming an assistant's bench for a MAAC club, too. My guess is that Dunleavy needs what Pecora can provide more than Wright does. [Now inviting discussion on what that might be].

Wouldn't be an issue if his sycophants did not hang around the board and post ridiculous claims.  Also I will post what I want so shut it with that crap.  Thanks.

Message to Mapi your son is where he belongs and doing well enjoy it and say hi to coach Duke for me.

Any talk of Suarez back to Fordham can go here. It does not belong in the AA to UConn thread and at this point not in a recruiting thread either.

You can forget about Suarez to FU:

Adelphi grad transfer big man Manny Suarez will take an official visit to Creighton this weekend, per source; Georgetown also involved

Creighton? Georgetown?  Methinks JN might have mis-thought his depth chart.

Or Neubauer being honest with him along with some good hard work under coach Duke helped him realize that coasting was no longer an option. Just saying.

Good luck to Many but he needs to understand what Rhodes said about paying attention to what coaches are looking for now. Creighton would be great they have it together, G-Town is a disaster waiting to happen.

Yes, it would be a tough life for Manny to attend Georgetown and play basketball. (dripping with sarcasm)

Idiotic.  You know exactly what I was referring, that program is a disaster.  Creighton on the other hand is a well run program.

From Adelphi to Georgetown University.

Adelphi to Georgetown.
Adelphi to Georgetown.

Lets see what others think.

The point is Adelphi to Creighton would be better in terms of basketball. If he has options this is exactly what Rhodes talked about.  Who knows who else is looking at him but instead of just looking at names you actually think about the situation and make your decision.  People continue he to make the same mistake.

Clearly this is a basketball decision given that a previous move was Fordham to Adelphi.  The kid, at that point, was more concerned about playing hoops than the education.  The point now was Creighton vs. Georgetown. If Creighton ends up not being an option, then sure go to Georgetown, assuming there are no other options.

It's ironic though that he will get a great education at either of those schools, on par with Fordham at the very least.  I do wish him the best no matter what he does.
