Congrats to the Fordham sailors and coaches.

And congrats to Joe, because this wouldn't have happened without your efforts over the last 16 years!

Thanks for the "Atta boy," RB, but the success of the Sailing team has been far from a one-man show. During my years as Coach & then Director of Sailing, I could not have accomplished anything without the support of the Board of the Sailing Association and particularly such  stalwarts as Charles "Bud" McEntee '71, John Terino '61, Dave McCarthy '62 and a host of others. The list is long but includes our two head coaches hired since 2011, Reed Johnson & Johnny Norfleet; the person most responsible for their funding, Dennis Ruppel '68, who is current Commodore of the Sailing Association, and our unsung heroine, former Team Captain and current volunteer Director of Sailing Cristina Puglia '07, who for the past two years, has been the glue, who has kept the program going, while carrying a full-time job and attending Fordham Law School at night to earn an advanced law degree. Because of such support, the best days of Fordham Sailing lay ahead.
