Texas Tech and Syracuse punted 3 times each.  West Point never punted.

Texas Tech and Cuse are much higher rated than West Point.

Sagarin doesn't.  Tech is 60, West Point is 97 and that takes into account strength of schedule.  We are now 170something and falling.

Very early to rely on Sagarin.

Bryant, a future opponent, beat Merrimack, 49-41. Hey that's seven touchdowns. Just saying.

Well you know have set yourself up if we get blown out by EW. First things first, take out Central Connect the Dots.

Comparing results of different games is for idiots.. it has no correlation and doesn't matter. It will all take care of itself in the field from here on out

Agreed and it will only make it all the more worse if EW blows us out. I like the poster who pointed out that we lead the nation in passing defense. Cant argue with that!  That should be in the official game notes for  Central Jersey Applied Technical Junior College or whomever we play this week.

Haha.. the nations leading pass defense. The "no fly zone" pass hawking best secondary in the country takes the field for this weeks contest. I see lots of good press headlines

And Colgate travelled halfway across the world and beat Cal Poly while Lehigh put 35 points on Nova's D.  A likely CCSU  will disclose little about the Rams, but a win over EWU would right the ship.

Ram Alum  yep its not the end of the world.
However, Liberty beat Baylor, Howard beat UNLV and Holy Cross went toe to toe with UConn.  So if you play well you can make it competitive and occasionally pull off a shocker.  I am more frustrated and concerned with the overall sloppy play and coaching.  The penalties, the missed FG and XP, DC Bowes fell far short of having players know their assignments.  Coach B - going for it on 4th down deep in our own end (when game was not out of hand).   Later on O we had 4th and goal from the 7..  and run the ball?

There in no shame in getting beat by a FBS program but there is something to be said for looking like an undisciplined rag tag team.

Get a W  @ CCSU  (shouldn't look past them after the Army debacle) and we'll have a chance to turn the season around against EWU.

On top of all that, Holy Cross narrowly lost on the road to UConn, 27-20.  HC had a 7 point lead late in the 3rd quarter.  We're going to be challenged in the PL from multiple teams.  Let's hope we right the ship vs. CCSU.

Couldn't you just say you disagree?  I really can't understand why some guys feel the need to escalate conversations into name calling.
