They've been impressive shooting it but we are a very good defensive team. I'm more confident of us keeping them in the 60s than us getting into the 70s tbh. Our first seven turnovers against FSU were completely unforced. That can't keep happening.

I too am concerned about whether or not we can get into the 70s and wondered if I made it too high in my prediction, but here's hoping they can get it rolling tonight. The 3s are absolutely key as noted. No threes (or practically none again), no win.

Tulane is a solid 3-0 team that can score points and is averaging like 90 points a game. Tulane beat Colorado State by 27 and Florida St just beat Colorado State by 17 points. I think Fordham will bounce back tonight and will shoot better (they can't shoot any worse) and will turn it over a lot less. Florida State was averaging 87 points a game and we held them to 67 points. Fordham's defense will turn Tulane over and will frustrate them and if we can shoot well and rebound well, we will have a chance.

Maybe I'm being optimistic, but I like Fordham to win 72-70.

According to the NYT, the game is on CBS Sports Network at 7:30 PM. It's Channel 315 on Spectrum in Manhattan but the program is a Villanova vs NC rerun. Can anyone else access it?

Fordham needs to stop shooting so many 3's. I like when Fordham passes the ball around and when they attack and drive to the basket. Fordham plays such good defense and forces so many turnovers that there is no need to take all these 3 pointers especially when we are not that great of a 3 point shooting team. Nice driving basket by JC! Nice driving basket by Tavares! That's what I am taling about. 13-13.

Well Raut and Tavares just drained back to back 3 pointers! 16-13 Fordham! Well, what do I know, keep knocking the 3 pointers down and attack the basket too.

What's w/the 4 subs when the starters have it going on?

I don't get it. The result is predictable - bad.

Havsa really needs to find his game.

Hicks has hit 2 3-pointers in a row for Fordham! I like Hicks shot and his game a lot better than Evans, Havsa, and Pekarek who don't look good at all.

Only 4 TO's at the half.  Up 29-27.  Tavares with 9.

Three and a half games in, and I'm unimpressed with Evans.

Taveras is looking real good though

If Evans could get it going, we could really be a much better team.  Pekarek with 2 airballs and no defense, not so good.  I also don't agree with replacing most of our starters at the same time when we have momentum.  Tavares looking good. Chartouny with 6 rebounds, good and 1 block, good.  Too bad, Ohams can't hit a free throw.

Great block and big 3 pointer by Joe Chartouny at the end of the 1st Half! We are 12-28 (43%) shooting tonight and 5-15 (33%) from 3 point range, and we have 5 assists and only 4 turnovers, and we have 7 steals and 17 rebounds.  We are playing much better tonight than the last game against FSU.  JC has 7 rebounds and 5 points, Tavares 4 of 8 from the floor for 9 points, Hicks 2-2 from 3 point range, Rout 2-4 FG's and 5 points and Salinina 2-3 from the floor with 4 points. Fordham's defense and zone is smothering Tulane and has forced 7 turnovers. Fordham's defense has held Tulane to 31% percent FG shooting and has held Tulane to 27 1st Half Points and they are averaging 90 points a game. Great defense! Hopefully we can keep it up and win!

JC is passing up some easy layups by passing it out to guys behind the 3-point line. He needs to at least draw the foul when driving to the basket and get to the free throw line.

The "beat your guy off the dribble and kick it out strategy" is working great. You know, if they ever hit a freaking shot.

This lineup in there now of Havsa, Pakerak, Evans, and Ohams is going to get Fordham way behind real quick. I do not like that lineup in there. Now we are down 40-33. Where's Jesse Bunting who played very well the other night?
