Do you really think we would lose all of our recruits? I mean... the conditions at Fordham are still the same; young, inexperienced team with a chance to contribute right away, which was probably the selling point for a lot of these recruits to begin with. I think if Jio is still on the team, most of the recruits will decide to stick with us.

Don't lose sight of the fact that Mike Rice was a pretty potent recruiter in his own right at his earlier stops.
