Okay...a win over URI and a GW loss at Richmond on Wednesday and we take over the No. 12 spot. For a day, anyway...  Roll Eyes  Hey, baby steps!

Actually, that is the predicted result if you look at the rankings, so I hope we fulfill this goal.  We should and I predict we will.

I could be wrong about this, but I think that by season's end we will see a bit of a logjam for 12th place and the tie-breaker will go beyond head-to-head and onto who beat the highest ranked opponent.  It's early, but we are not positioned well in that regard as of yet.  Call me crazy, but the last game of the season if Temple is already positioned well might be a way to steal a critical one.  If we do pull of a nice scalp it will likely happen at home.

Richmond loses again at home vs UMass. All other home teams win. Time to get angry, bounce back, and steal one on the road

UMass bombs the Bonnies in the second half and wins 76-67. The Bonnies have one road win in five tries in the A-10 (5-4).

We have other fish to fry before we get our rematch with the Bonnies, but mark it down bros. I've been waiting for this one (coming to a computer/TV/radio near you in a couple of weeks).

Call me crazy, ...
Is this a trick question ?

Sports blogs often confuse stupidity with edginess.  Just because I can call someone a name, doesn’t mean I’m insightful, or tough and edgy.  It just means I’m a jerk.  It’s a high tech place for what idiots used to do on bar stools, in school yards, and on gas station bathroom walls.

Okay, back we go for another try: A win Saturday over Dayton and a GW loss at Richmond gives us 12th place (and an unexpected home Charlotte loss to URI puts us just a tiebreaker with Charlotte out of 11th)...

I'm more worried about taking it one step at a time and winning our tenth game.  If we win this game, we will at least be in the A-10 picture going into the last few games.  But for what it's worth, I'm not sure Charlotte losing at home to URI is a good thing.  That's why it's better to wait till the end and see.  In the middle of the season, somethimes you don't know who to pull for yet.

The end of that Richmond game was very similar to ours. Richmond has to be kicking themselves today as much as we are.

Amazing how much they've fallen since they had the good tourney team.  They haven't been able to retain that level of play or talent.

That was last season and they did lose a lot from that team.
