I really like this move for a number of reasons:
1. Successful history with Pecora
2. Head coaching experience
3. Ex-Fordham player, it's been too long since the coaching staff had an ex-Fordham player
4. Also doesn't hurt that he's a local guy, and is no doubt familiar with the landscape and high school programs
5. He's a good guy

Really!?!  He's a good guy?!?  His record is worse than Grasso's.  You seem to have missed that.

What a hypocrite.
