Is it time to change the name our conference to the A-16?
Same is true for the Big-10 and PAC-10.

Do you mean the PAC-12?  The PAC-10 did change their name.

Nothing replaces success in the revenue sports.  Nothing.  That's not to take away from the success in the Olympic sports - they do matter.  It isn't a replacement for success in the flagship sports. - Debbie Yow, AD - NC State

Let's see--Butler in the A-10 (er, A-16),TCU in the Big East, Nebraska in the Big-10 (Big-12)
and Hawaii is contemplating a move to the MAAC to challenge Iona. Maybe Fordham should
transfer to the Mountain West.

Aha, I can see it now. In a couple of years Fordham will be playing in the North by Northeast
division of the A-22 conference.

Not sure what that has to do with my pointing out that the PAC-10 did rename itself to the PAC-12.

If they changed the name to the A-16 it would only be for a year since Temple and Charlotte will be leaving after this season.  Wait a year and then we can change it to the A-14.
