I guess this is Julio's replacement

"In his new position, Donnelly will be responsible for developing and coordinating all marketing and promotional activities for Fordham University's 22 varsity teams and design ticket marketing plans to promote fan attendance. He will also coordinate and implement all game-day promotional activities and contests and use social media to further the marketing and branding efforts of individual sports and Fordham Athletics.

Under Donnelly's leadership, UMass Lowell experienced a marked increase in attendance, particularly with the University's ice hockey program. The River Hawks have seen an 80% increase in attendance since 2007 - due, in part, to a collection of nationally-recognized promotions. Over the past eight years, UMass Lowell has earned twenty-one NACMA 'Best Of' Awards across a variety of categories."

Good luck Scotty....we hope they give you a decent product to market.

This board is an interesting focus group that never ends.   Best wishes determining which posters are sane and which ones are as crazy as a shyte house rat!

Welcome to Fordham Scott!

So it looks like we now have someone who is used to running a professional operation.  Looks like a good hire, well done.

The one concern now is what Scott will be able to do with what he has been given.  UML is a state school with a marquee program (hockey) and the Tsongas Center is the kind of venue we all would die to have.  It's going to be a big change for him.

Just got a text message announcing Fordham Athletics is working with LIDS apparel.

I'd like to start seeing Fordham Caps in LIDS stores as well.

I hope this is the start of better sports marketing.

It is. These jobs are in the athletic department not the marketing department
