It was out for about 36 hours. Ace, did we pay the bill?

I felt like a junkie in need of a fix.  But maybe it's a good idea to put the board on vacation once in a while.  We didn't complain about any of the favorite targets during that time.  Hallelujah!

I'm guessing that the hosting site was down.  It happens.

joea, I saw that...unless it was a different b-ball board. Thanks again to Ace for trying to communicate somehow that there was a problem. He said he was working on it. Definitely missed all the light-hearted banter.

Thanks for getting this back up Ace. Never realized how addictive this site is. Was afraid all past posts would be lost.

Correct, site was down. There apparently was some sort of legal issue w/ smfforfree.com and the people who host their servers.

I had nothing to do with it going down or it coming back up.

Ace's Post on the A10 Board that he actually copied for the SMF Home Page on Thursday:

OT: Fordham Fans Forum (fordhamfans.com) is down!

Legal issue with our hosting provider. I may need to do donation drive now in order to move elsewhere.

NO Eta when sites will come back up.
